Speaking as someone who has never been involved with and has only heard a few (some of them rather *colorful*) descriptions regarding this religious group, this animation, to me, is a comical manifestation of my personal impressions of OTO.

I'm not trying to offend anyone here. We all need to laugh at ourselves sometimes. I look at myself in the mirror every naked morning, and I start to laugh...

...of course, it quickly degenerates into crying, but that's not important right now. :(
