Just a random question

When you are working in a program (Pro Tools, P-Shop, Xcode, Access, etc.) and your are going between file projects (opening another file to work on), do you do it via your current program's file navigation, or do you go into the Finder/Window Explorer/Nautilus/etc., find the file, and then click on it?

I just wonder.
