keyboard/carpal debate
Jun. 12th, 2003 11:14 amWell, I bet we'll start seeing more studies like this one, dis-proving the long-held belief that excesive cpu use can aggrivate carpal tunnel.
You have to question a study co-sponsored by the Ministry of Employment.
It's articles/studies like these that'll make people who need to turn to workman's comp have a more difficult time getting treatment.
fibbersnach!

Jun. 12th, 2003 11:40 amI guess cleaning a house makes a man more enticing. (as proven by various posts by
digitalsidhe &
feyandstrange.) But what about the rest of you? Does it make a man more desirable? Men, have you found yourself more wanted sexually after cleaing the toilet?

Money thoughts..
Jun. 12th, 2003 12:54 pmThe thought of further taxs cuts really worries me. I don't understand how the government plans to recoup the money from the $350 billion in tax incentives already in the queue and then add another $82 billion. That half a trillion!!!! The economy isn't gettnig the kickstart people thought it would from either tax breaks or winning the "war."
I fear we will be all called to do our "civic duty" and pay a butt-load more taxes because the government screwed up. This kind of reminds me of my tax follies, screwing up how I have things set up with my w-2 all wrong with the state and feds, and then I had to take home less money because it. Well, it's beginning to look like that: right now, the gov't will say we can take home a little more. Five years later, I bet we'll have to take home a lot less.
