If you want to make your own, go here.

You'll have to take a picture of your work from your desktop and post the jpg somewhere you can link to if you want to share with others since the results are a .swf file.

You have to:
1. Capture the image off your desktop. you need a program that you can capture an image on your screen. Here's one for you.

2. Have a web space to host it on. Make sure it's a jpg, gif, or png file.
Embed an image using <img src="http://www.../...jpg"> tag, pulling the image from your web server.

That should do it. the web page is a flash application (hence the .swf file) and you can't embed a flash file onto your journal. Capture it, host to image, then post.
