My friend, ugg_the_wandere, apprently taking some cue from me, inquired about readers' favourite SF restaurants.

I named almost 40 dining establishments where I've partaken of the cuisine.

Man, don't I feel like yuppie?

I think I've worn leather pants or my kilt to 1/2 of the shi-shi-foo-foo establishments, so hopefully I maintain some cred in thine eyes. :-)
