1. ...went to the doctor?
I see my dad when I have a sore throat or something, but it's been a long time since I've been for a formal checkup...like 10 years. I'm scared to go honestly. Part of me would rather drop dead than be told I have 6 months to live.
2. ...went to the dentist?
3 years ago.
3. ...filled your gas tank?
1 day ago. In mountain Spew, gasping at the $1.99/gallon.
4. ...got enough sleep?
When I was in Fiji almost 2 years ago. Even if I sleep for a long time, I wake up and I already start to panic about things I either need or want to get done so I am already tense before I get out of bed. In Fiji, I had no access to those obligations, so I wasn't worried. I woke up relaxed. Even out at BM, I had to wake up deal with something because everyone else was drugged out and/or sleeping in until noon in their A/C'd RV's.

Ha! Oh, you mean I should really do that?
I should buy some DVD-r and back some shizzo up\
