lemasquegrisI just found out members of Interfaith Pagan Pride contingency have been asked to carry the SF Pride banner in front of the SF Pride theme float carrying all the board of directors and VIP's and stuff. It's Very Big Honor™ to get asked and we'd like to have as many pagan and pagan-friendly folks out there with us. Not only do are people needed for Interfaith Pagan Pride Contingency (which is now #10 and right behind the big SF Pride float) but we would like to have a bunch of people walking behind the banner in between the the SF Pride banner and the SF Pride float.
Since this float is full of Very Important People™, it means if you're in either the front or the back grouping of our contingency. *Ding!* You might get to be on TV!!
Yeah, that ugly box some of you never use. :-)
Seriously, it's really cool chance for the Community to stuff, so Interfaith Pagan Pride would really really like to get as many people as possible out there. So, I'll repost my post from a few days ago looking for bodies to march. Please come down if you can. Thanks!

Hello everyone. Interfaith Pagan Pride will be marching in Pride '04 on Sunday, June 27th and would love to have any and all of you pagan and pagan-friendly folks joins as we march down Market street in this year's pride parade!!
The theme of our entry is Divne Feminine. Participants will be marching with the "Interfaith Pagan Pride" Banner. We are to dress as Goddesses or dress in ritual clothes. You are welcome to carry items representing a Goddess. We are 11th in the SF Pride Parade lineup. They will required to be on site no later than 9:45 am at the parde staging area which is on Spear st. between Mission and Howard. On the slight chance we've moved, look for the big SF Pride 04 float with all the Board of DIrectors and stuff. Musical Instruments are welcome.
(Please meet here. we'll figure out who going to go where on sunday.)
Please bring water and sunscreen. You're going to need it marching out there. Also, we strongly urge you to wear comfortable shoes, it's a rather exhausting walk down Market street.
